About Rance Cooper

Rance Cooper originally hails from the Midwest, but has called Orange County home since his teenage years. He and his family have lived in the Fullerton/ Placentia/Yorba Linda region for over 20 years, which gives Rance a strong pulse on the many home developments within Orange County. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Rance flexed his entrepreneurial muscles by becoming the owner of several local businesses. He decided to shift his focus towards the real estate industry thanks to his own passion for investment & home ownership. Rance enjoys guiding his clientele through the buying/selling process by implementing the many skills he's learned along the way. His goal is to create the pathway for his clients to experience the same level of excitement he and his wife share with their own real estate investments.

When Rance isn't busy with his clientele, he enjoys spending time at the beach with family and he's also an avid auto enthusiast.
